Robot For Handcraft Sector

Abstract

This project is divided into two main parts. The first part will be researching technological and robot solutions that could alleviate tasks in the tiling profession. The main deliverable will be a report that gives both economical and technical information on each solution and also sums up findings that have been made about typical workdays and statistics about the tiling profession. The second part of this project will be centred around the robot known as Farmbot and will aim to create sequences that automate the watering and planting processes, without using the built-in functions of the existing webapp. This part of the project includes the design of the layout of the farm serviced by the Farmbot used in the project and the design of a tool used to prepare holes for seeds to be planted.
