A Pepper Application For Ctg Communication At Moovijob2019 Focusing On Vocal Interaction

Abstract

This report presents a project that has been created as a Bachelor’s Semester Project for the Bachelor in Computer Science at the University of Luxembourg. The project has been realized by Lucas Kleffert, currently in the first semester at the Bachelor in Computer Science (BiCS) and Liz Schreiner, a third-semester student in the BiCS. Lucas Kleffert focused on the programming of Peppers display and Liz Schreiner was responsible for the programming of the vocal interaction between humans and Pepper. The project was created as a cooperation between the University of Luxembourg and Computer Task Group (CTG), in order to promote their company during the Moovijob 2019 in Luxembourg. This report focuses on the creation of the vocal interaction between the robot and humans and explains the project in general as well what has been done in order to create the actual application.
