Dear BiCS students,
The academic year starts on Monday 20th of September of 2021.
An information session is organised for each cohort. The sessions will take place in the room: 3.520 MSA, at the Belval Campus.
Due to the current capacity occupancy constraints in place at the University of Luxembourg we had to split each cohort in groups.
The organisation of the sessions is the following:
Session First year students:
- Group 1.SS.1: on-site, from 09:00 to 9:45
- Group 1.SS.2: on-site, from 10:00 to 10:45
Session Second year students: from: 11:00 to 11:45
- Group 2.SS.1: on-site
- Group 2.SS.2: remote
Session Third year students: from: 12:00 to 12:45
- Group 3.SS.1: on-site
- Group 3.SS.2: remote
Important remarks:
- Each student will receive the information about the group he/she belongs to by email.
- Students in groups where the attendance is remote, will receive in a separate email the instructions about how to participate to the session via Webex.
- Each cohort, following the information session will continue the day according to the schedule of the day.
